Your role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, procedures, and standards to ensure effective cost management.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the EcoSys cost control tool, including user training and ongoing support.
  • Track, analyze, and report project expenditures against budgets and forecasts, including preparation of monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project budgets, actual costs, forecasts, accruals, and cash flow projections.
  • Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and procurement teams to update forecasts, evaluate change orders, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support contract management and invoicing processes by reviewing invoices, monitoring accruals, and providing cost-related insights.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide project controls updates and ensure compliance with internal project controls standards.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in major EPCM projects.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, cost allocation, and financial risk management.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Aconex Cost, Primavera P6, Power BI .
  • Proficiency in project controls software in Ecosys.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
