Actualmente, se ha generado una oportunidad para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis Perú como Practicante Profesional de Compras Corporativas.
Responsabilidades
Gestionar la inscripción, el control y el registro de participantes en los programas de inducción.
Coordinar, dar seguimiento y archivar documentos relacionados con diversos seguros corporativos.
Brindar soporte en la revisión'y validación de las valorizaciones presentadas por proveedores.
Registrar y actualizar las valorizaciones en los sistemas correspondientes.
Apoyar en el proceso de homologación de proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento de requisitos y documentación.
Gestionar compras menores y emitir pasajes, según'el desempeño y las necesidades del área.
Requisitos
Formación'académica: Egresado(a) y/o Bachiller en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial y/o afines.
Nivel de Inglés: Avanzado.
Software: Ms Office intermedio.
Experiencia general de 6 meses en rubros afines. (Deseable)
