We are hiring for an experienced Project Lead Engineer with core technical knowledge.
What will you do?
Deine Aufgaben(Roles & Responsibilities)
- Du leitest große und komplexe deutschsprachige Projekte für luft- und gasisolierte Hochspannungsumspannwerke (AIS und GIS, 110 kV – 380 kV). Dabei trägst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für alle Engineering-Aktivitäten vom Projektstart bis zur As-Built-Phase und hältst Dich strikt an Projektspezifikationen, lokale Gesetze, Normen sowie interne Linxon-Standards zu Qualität, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Integrität.
- Du prüfst technische Planungsunterlagen für Umspannwerke, wie Schaltpläne, technische Spezifikationen, Layouts und Detailzeichnungen, unter Berücksichtigung von Schnittstellen, Normen, Prozessen und Kundenspezifikationen.
- Du erstellst technische Konzepte, Spezifikationen und wählst Geräte und Materialien aus, wobei Du Kosten, Qualität sowie Normen und Kundenspezifikationen beachtest.
- Du erstellst technische Einkaufsspezifikationen für Projekte in der Abwicklung und Projekte in der Ausschreibungsphase.
- Du prüfst und koordinierst Arbeitspakete, Berechnungen oder Studien mit internen oder externen Ingenieuren.
- Du leitest technische Klärungsrunden mit Kunden oder Lieferanten.
- Du unterstützt während der Bauphase bei der Planung der Installation, Inbetriebnahme und weiteren Vor-Ort-Aktivitäten und klärst technische Probleme.
- Du unterstützt im technischen Bereich bei der Erstellung von Einkaufsspezifikationen, Kalkulationen, Terminpläne, Abweichungen und Angebots-Bewertungen.
- Für die technischen Pakete und verfügbaren technischen Ressourcen planst du die erforderlichen Stunden, legst Termine fest und führst ein Änderungsmanagement.
- Du unterstützt den Vertragsmanager beim technischen Teil von Claims (zusätzlicher Leistungsumfang, Kostenauswirkungen, Termineinflüsse und Risikobewertungen).
Deine Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:
- Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss.
- Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Rolle bei der Primär- und/oder Sekundärplanung von Hochspannungsumspannwerken mit.
- Du kennst Dich mit deutschen gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Normen aus.
- Du bist ein ergebnisorientierter Teamplayer mit proaktivem Ansatz.
- Du überzeugst mit deinen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und baust erfolgreich Beziehungen zu internen sowie externen Partnern auf allen Ebenen in einem multikulturellen Umfeld auf.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Studien und Berechnungen im Hochspannungsbereich.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Dokument-Management-Systemen (z. B. PIRS).
- Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse in AutoCAD/Primtech, Engineering Base oder BIM/Navisworks sind ebenfalls ein Plus.
