Actualmente se ha generado una oportunidad para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis como Supervisor Civil.
Responsabilidades:
Supervisar el cumplimiento de los cronogramas del proyecto, identificando desviaciones y gestionando planes correctivos.
Garantizar la ejecución técnica de los trabajos conforme a las especificaciones técnicas, planos y estándares de calidad.
Supervisar y controlar la operatividad, eficiencia y disponibilidad de los equipos utilizados en obra.
Revisar y validar los reportes diarios del contratista, elaborando informes técnicos y de avance.
Supervisar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y medioambiente en todas las actividades diarias.
Participar en reuniones de planificación'y coordinación como 3WLAH, reuniones contractuales, de tendencias y de seguridad.
Coordinar la entrega y disponibilidad de materiales requeridos para las actividades con el cliente y otras áreas.
Identificar y resolver interferencias o indefiniciones en los alcances del proyecto junto a los involucrados.
Realizar la planificación, seguimiento y control de las actividades críticas del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos.
Analizar los rendimientos de las partidas principales, optimizando los procesos en coordinación con la oficina técnica.
Asegurar el cierre adecuado de las actividades asignadas, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos de la empresa.
Cumplir con los lineamientos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa, asociados a su cargo y área.
Otros afines a la responsabilidad del cargo.
Requisitos:
Formación'Académica: Ingeniero titulado(a) y colegiado(a) en Ingeniería Civil.
Manejo de Software: MS Project, Office (nivel intermedio), S10 y AutoCAD (nivel básico).
Experiencia: 8 años a más'en funciones similares.
Contar con diplomado en Gestión de Proyectos bajo lineamientos del PMI (deseable certificación PMP).
Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar bajo régimen.
