Our journey toward gender equality has been an ongoing process in cooperation with our employees and demands continuous action. Under our ED&I strategy, 'Different Makes a Difference,' we are all actively fostering a culture where everyone belongs, can be themselves, and reach their full potential.
Since 2021, we've seen steady growth in the number of women in our organization, from 30.4% to 31.5%, and a notable increase among our managers and leaders, from 18.9% to 22.1%. Recently, we've been discussing the cost-of-living crisis and sharing information on financial well-being.
