"On October 9, AtkinsRéalis was recognized among the top 175 best companies to work for in Brazil at the Great Place to Work® awards!"

Olá from Minas Gerais, Brazil! I'm Maria de Lourdes Bahia, Vice President of Minerals & Metals for AtkinsRéalis, Latin America. I was proud to represent our team at the recent Great Place to Work® awards, where we were named one of Brazil's top 175 companies to work for, ranking 27th among mid-sized multinationals. Earlier in 2024, AtkinsRéalis Brazil was also celebrated as one of the 'Best Companies to Work For' in Minas Gerais—an honor that reflects our unique and supportive workplace culture!

Proud of our healthy, supportive workplace where everyone can thrive

This fantastic ranking in Great Place to Work®'s Top 175 reflects our daily commitment to building a healthy work environment where everyone can thrive and feel proud to work. Most importantly, it speaks to our team's dedication and the tangible, positive impact our employees genuinely make for people, projects, and the planet.

Great Place to Work®: An award based on rigorous standards

Being named among the top 175 is based on rigorous and transparent criteria. To participate, we needed to go through certification and ranking. To get certified, we required a proportion of our team to complete the Great Place to Work® survey with at least 70% positive responses. I'm proud to say that our team loves where they work, scoring AtkinsRéalis an impressive 88%!

Our employees make the difference. Parabéns to our incredible team in Brazil for this brilliant achievement!
