Great Place to Work®: An award based on rigorous standards
Being named among the top 175 is based on rigorous and transparent criteria. To participate, we needed to go through certification and ranking. To get certified, we required a proportion of our team to complete the Great Place to Work® survey with at least 70% positive responses. I'm proud to say that our team loves where they work, scoring AtkinsRéalis an impressive 88%!

A further part of the process was submitting our people management practices to Great Place to Work® for review.
