Great Place to Work®: An award based on rigorous standards
Being named among the top 175 is based on rigorous and transparent criteria. To participate, we needed to go through certification and ranking. To get certified, we required a proportion of our team to complete the Great Place to Work® survey with at least 70% positive responses. I'm proud to say that our team loves where they work, scoring AtkinsRéalis an impressive 88%!

An example of one of our recent initiatives to help employees thrive is Elas na AtkinsRéalis. The program provides paid internship positions to female students in engineering and administrative fields, offering hands-on experience in the sector.
