Hi, my name is Raluca. I'm a people and culture specialist at AtkinsRéalis' Financial Shared Services Center in Romania, where I work alongside talented finance and IT professionals. As we approach our 10th anniversary, I've been reflecting on what has brought our team of over 300 together and shaped who we are today.
Where do I begin when there's so much to celebrate?
