Looking back on our 2024 internship cycle, I am proud to have been part of one of the best places for young people to begin their careers. I'm Roxana, the Human Resources Manager here at AtkinsRéalis in Peru. More than 1,900 interns from 56 companies across 15 countries – including Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Central America – took part in the Best Internship Experiences (BIE) study.
