Growing up in the vibrant Northeast of India, Rajashri learned early on the value of resilience, adaptability, and embracing new experiences. Surrounded by rolling hills, rivers, and the mighty Brahmaputra, she spent much of her childhood hiking and exploring nature, experiences that shaped her open‑minded outlook on life. That same curiosity followed her into college, and ultimately leading her to pursue a master's degree in marketing and human resources management. Her career began in end‑to‑end recruitment, where she enjoyed connecting talented people with the right opportunities. Over time, however, she became increasingly interested in the processes, systems, and strategy that enable recruitment teams to operate effectively at scale, a passion that eventually brought her to AtkinsRéalis.
