Nuclear is having its moment. Come and build it.
Clean energy demand is rising, small modular reactors are moving from concept to construction, and AI data centers need power that never stops. Our US nuclear teams are in the middle of all of it. If you want work that matters, at a scale that's genuinely rare, this is where to do it.
Reimagining nuclear to power a clean, reliable energy future
Join our US nuclear team and you'll work alongside specialists solving some of the industry's hardest problems, from design and operations through to decommissioning. You'll have the tools to do it properly too: data, robotics, digital technologies and automation are built into how we work, not bolted on afterwards.
You'll do that work with the organizations that shape the sector. The U.S. Department of Energy, utilities, reactor developers, and leaders across the industry. The projects you contribute to strengthen energy security, support national priorities, and build the infrastructure that powers growing demand, including data centers and advanced technologies.
And because our work spans the full nuclear lifecycle, from large scale generation and advanced reactor programs to SMR deployment, fleet life extension, operations support, fuel management, decommissioning and environmental remediation, your career doesn't have to sit in one lane. There's room here to move across engineering, project delivery, program management and consulting, and clear routes into leadership when you're ready.
Your career in nuclear
Our nuclear teams are united by a commitment to integrity, doing what's right even when it isn't the easiest path. Across the United States and around the world, we help deliver clean, reliable energy, support environmental cleanup and remediation, strengthen national security, extend the life of existing nuclear assets, and bring the next generation of nuclear technologies to market.
We also believe good work happens when people have room to live the rest of their lives. Our approach to flexibility supports collaboration and teamwork while giving you space for the commitments that matter most outside of work.
As a trusted partner to leading organizations across the industry, you'll take on the sector's most important challenges, backed by teams that keep investing in people, technology and innovation. You'll help turn ambitious ideas into practical solutions, and contribute to something bigger than any single project.
