Meet our people
Mechanical Engineer Rachel joined our Graduate Development Programme in 2016. With a passion for net zero, she put her hand up for every opportunity that excited her – from energy master planning to low-and-zero-carbon technologies. These brought her to her lead role on our Engineering Net Zero team.
Rachel’s team works on Decarbonomics™, a tool that leverages data and scenario modelling to provide a complete picture of operational, embodied and whole-life carbon to help clients decarbonize in a cost-effective and efficient way. Responsible for the technical solutions at the heart of the service, she believes AtkinsRéalis is a solid choice for your digital career: "We don't just have the coders, data scientists and data engineers. We also have real-world experience in delivering projects through project managers, engineers, and cost modellers—and we can bring all these together to really improve our digital services."
