Where it all began

With a major in law, my career began at a startup where I focused on contract reviews—spotting and addressing potential issues in client contracts. This initial exposure helped me develop a keen eye for detail and built the foundation for a career rooted in integrity and compliance.

My work spans critical areas like third-party due diligence, integrity assessments, supplier onboarding, and risk management. I’ve also been deeply involved in developing tools that support compliance tracking, vendor assessments, and data analytics—ensuring that our systems grow smarter and more efficient over time.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible mentors. Patricia, our VP of Integrity & Sustainability, has been a role model whose ambition and leadership I deeply admire. Vlad’s depth of knowledge and steady guidance have also played a vital role in my growth here. Their support and trust have shaped my journey in meaningful ways.

Returning with confidence

Coming back from a six-month maternity break was a significant transition. But thanks to a supportive environment at AtkinsRéalis—and the encouragement of my leaders—I was able to reintegrate with confidence. The flexibility, empathy, and empowerment I experienced during this phase meant the world to me.
