“It gave me the chance to meet people I wouldn’t usually work with,” she says. “It really broadened my perspective.”

“It’s those moments outside of day‑to‑day work that make you feel more connected,” she adds.

“What helps me most is having people around me who are willing to share their experience and explain the thinking behind their work,” she says.
