However, it is our international remote working offer which enables employees to work remotely in other countries for up to 20 days per year as an employee - as an absolute gamechanger. For example, to spend six weeks back home in South Africa, you could take two weeks as annual leave and request remote working for up to 20 further days to really maximize time spent back at home with friends and family.
