We are hiring for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee and lead the electrical construction activities at our project sites in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Linxon sucht einen talentierten Baustellenleiter, der die elektrischen Bauaktivitäten an unseren Projektstandorten in Baden-Württemberg, Deutschland, überwacht und leitet. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Durchführung aller elektrischen Tätigkeiten und Installationen in einem Hochspannungs-Umspannwerk. Die Aufgabe umfasst die elektrischen Installationen von Gebäudetechnik, inkl. Heizung, Lüftung, und Klima, der Stationsleittechnik, die Steuerungs- und Schutztechnik der Hochspannungsgeräte (AIS oder GIS) sowie Kommunikationsanlagen.
Ferner stellen Sie die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards, Projektplänen und Budgets sicher. Als wichtiger Bestandteil des Projektteams werden Sie mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zusammenarbeiten, um Infrastrukturprojekte von höchster Qualität zu liefern, die den Standards von Linxon entsprechen.
Das kann der Job:
- Planung, Organisation und Überwachung aller elektrischen Bau- und Montageaktivitäten auf den Baustellen in Baden-Württemberg, Deutschland
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften sowie der Sicherheitsstandards von Linxon
- Erstellung und Überwachung von detaillierten Montagesequenzen und Planung mit Unterlieferanten, immer unter Beachtung wichtiger Meilensteine und des überordneten Projektplans
- Umgehende Erstellung von Mängelrügen an Unterlieferanten und sowie die Freigabe der Korrekturmassnahmen
- Ein- und Anweisung von Unterlieferanten für täglich zu erbringende Arbeitspakete und zeitige Eskalation ans Projetteam sollten die vorgegeben Ziele wiederholt nicht erreicht werden
- Koordination mit den Teams für Ingenieurwesen, Beschaffung und Projektmanagement, um die Bauarbeiten mit den Gesamtzielen des Projekts abzustimmen
- Regelmäßige Baustelleninspektionen und Qualitätsaudits, um sicherzustellen, dass die Ausführung der Arbeiten den Standards von Linxon entspricht
- Vorbereitung und Überprüfung von Methodenstatements, Risikobewertungen und anderen Projektdokumentationen
- Effektive Kommunikation mit Projektinteressengruppen, einschließlich Kunden, Beratern und behördlichen Stellen
Das können Sie:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Fachgebiet Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Baustellenmanagement, vorzugsweise im Bereich Energie- oder Infrastrukturprojekte
- Kenntnisse der deutschen Bauvorschriften und -standards
- Starke Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem multikulturellen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Beherrschung von Projektmanagementsoftware und Microsoft Office
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Reisebereitschaft und einen gültigen Führerschein Klasse B
