Actualmente se ha generado una oportunidad para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis Perú como Coordinador/a de Campo, para futuros proyectos en la División de Minería y Metalurgia.
Responsabilidades:
Elaborar el plan de trabajo del servicio.
Coordinar e implementar las actividades del plan de trabajo.
Capacitar a comités comunales, grupos de interés'y comunidades en temas afines al monitoreo participativo.
Proponer y dirigir estrategias de comunicación'y sensibilización relacionadas con las actividades del monitoreo participativo.
Implementar y gestionar las oficinas de información del programa de monitoreo participativo.
Coordinar con el equipo de gestión social de la unidad minera.
Elaborar informes ejecutivos de avance de las actividades con una frecuencia mensual.
Realizar informes detallados de actividades realizadas y pendientes para compartir con su contraguardia antes del término de su rotación.
Requisitos:
Formación'académica: Profesional titulado y colegiado de las carreras de Ingeniería Ambiental, Sociología, Antropología o afines.
Experiencia mínima de cinco años en: proyectos de monitoreo ambiental participativo, relacionamiento comunitario y trabajo en áreas de influencia de proyectos mineros.
Idiomas: Dominio del quechua cusqueño o variantes afines.
Disponibilidad para laborar bajo régimen.
