Your role
Responsibilities:
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- To be part of the AtkinsRéalis Middle East delivery team.
- To lead and manage CAD/BIM packages with minimal supervision.
- To technically supervise and mentor CAD/BIM technicians.
- To ensure deliverables meet client scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- To implement and enforce CAD/BIM standards across projects.
- To identify training needs and support team development.
- To support project teams in proposal and delivery phases.
Requirements:
- Capable of independently producing Revit models in coordination with Architecture/MEP.
- Strong experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures.
- Able to develop GA's, sections, and detailed drawings (RC and Steel) independently.
- Competent in checking and assigning detailing work.
- Ensures drawings comply with UK/ME regional standards.
- Demonstrates understanding of commercial aspects of project management.
- Leads innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualification:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 10–15 years of experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects. Advanced knowledge of CAD/BIM tools, team leadership, and coordination with project management and senior engineering teams is essential.
