Overview

Welcome to AtkinsRealis

Are you ready to work on some of the most exciting and prestigious construction challenges around the globe? Join our collaborative team where everyone has a voice, and together we deliver excellence for people and the environment.

No two people have the same priorities, which is why we want to hear from you. And why flexible and remote working are central to our culture. So, talk to us about how we can support you – from reduced weeks to buying more leave over school holidays; how we can make adjustments for you at work, or help your transition back after a career break.

Your role

  • Lead cost planning and estimation across the full project lifecycle, providing robust, assurance-ready outputs.
  • Oversee and review estimates and budgets, ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting capability development and quality of outputs.
  • Provide commercial leadership on projects, including governance, reporting and decision-making support.
  • Lead the production of benchmarking and analysis reports, identifying cost drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy, with appropriate assurance and audit trails.
  • Act as a key client interface, building strong relationships and providing strategic commercial advice.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including development of tools, dashboards and cost models.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve performance and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support or lead commercial assurance activities, including audits, reviews and governance processes.
