Job Title: T reasury Manager - Trade Finance

In this position, the Treasury Manager – Trade Finance will be leading the global trade finance function supporting Linxon's global operations. Linxon's'operations are expanding rapidly which may require future oversight of an expanding team.
What will you do?
- Lead the bank guarantee, LC and surety issuance for the Linxon Group, along with the direct relationship with banking parties
- Liaise and contribute effectively with business units to gain a deep understanding on underlying requirements
- Lead the transition of bonding issuance from shareholders to a standalone basis
- Monitor outstanding bank guarantees, letters of credit and surety bonds, releases and forecasts
- Administer and comply with bank guarantee facilities
- Cost monitoring and control
- Support the presentation of monthly results to management.
- Assist with continual review of process improvement for trade finance activities
- Perform other / ad- hoc related duties as reasonably assigned.
- All Statutory and internal audits coordination trade finance
- Active role in the new TMS implementation
- Support new ERP implementation
Experience, Education and other Skills Required:
- 6-10 years' experience in similar banking or international company trade finance position
- Bachelor of commerce with major in finance or accounting or equivalent.
- CPA or equivalent.
- Treasury qualifications advantageous but not prerequisite.
- Proven experience with LCs, Guarantees, Surety bonds, and Correspondent Banking products.
- In-depth knowledge of trade finance products, regulations, and documentation
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Insurance requirements will be an added advantage
- EPC or construction experience will be an advantage
Competencies/ Skills Required:
- Fluent English is essential to be considered.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently (self–starter) and under pressure at times.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize workload.
