As they stand as exemplars of the program's accomplishments. They took the stage earlier this week and presented their progress to date and what they have learned so far. It was amazing to see how far the graduates have come in confidence when they presented. In the next few months, they will have the opportunity to explore other functions within the business until they decide by the end of the program where and what jobs they want to pursue but what we are witnessing is self-confidence and talent flourish. We are keen on growing and developing young professionals with aims that you will become future leaders in Saudi Arabia. We believe in employing local talent based in AlUla as we find this more sustainable, creating a more stable workforce whilst also giving us insight into the local community and development. It’s a pleasure to see local talent flourish within the business.
