We're addressing the early decline in STEM interest among girls between 11 and 16. Colleagues across the organization have pulled together to strategically embed ED&I into our Environmental, Social, and Governance framework. Our initiatives actively promote STEM careers to underrepresented groups. We're building meaningful relationships with schools, from getting STEM volunteers to engage with classes to placing STEM Governors in marginalized schools, empowering girls, and nurturing faster industry-wide change.

Our development programs, such as the Inspire Women's Development Program, are designed to boost confidence, enhance skills, and prepare women for senior positions within the company.
