Careers for Asia Pacific engineering graduates

It’s not as difficult as you may think to find an employer who’ll offer you exciting work, in a supportive environment, with long term career prospects.

At Atkins in Asia Pacific our graduates are part of our talented teams who are planning new cities, designing tunnels that weave their way under busy streets or using the latest technology to find solutions for our oil and gas clients in Australia. We have a wide range of work and roles for you to choose from, whether you’re an engineer, architect, planner or scientist.

Our current graduates are hard at work in many of our six locations across the region. They now know what it’s like to work for one of the world’s largest design, engineering and project management consultancies and how to make the most of the opportunities that brings. It can be daunting to put yourself in their position but our graduate programs are designed to ease you into the world of work and help you find a career path that engages and excites you.

We’ll help you develop the technical skills, knowledge and behaviours you need to achieve relevant professional qualifications. And we’ll encourage you to think of the program as just the start of your career with us and of your lifelong learning process.

You’ll receive plenty of support from managers and mentors and from your peers who’ll be sharing their great stories and great achievements with you. Want to know where you’ll fit in? Explore our current vacancies to see how your skills can make an impact.
