Welcome to AtkinsRéalis

Our talented employees are behind some of the most complex projects in the world, from highways, railways and bridges to hospitals, airports, nuclear plants and mining. In Romania, we're supporting the Cernavoda project with engineering consultancy services to extend the lifecycle of one of the reactors to 2060.

The Accounts Payable & Procurement Team is structured into five teams: Procurement, three sub-teams assigned for the AP processes and the Payment team.

The Billing Team issues and prepares customer invoices as well as things like issuing monthly costs statements to the project managers.

The team is also responsible for the unbilled cost analysis and revenue cycle, through monitoring the billing conditions, ensuring accurate revenue generation and a well-timed billing cycle.

The Accounts Receivable Team is responsible for tracking and processing incoming payments. They also investigate, validate and analyze client accounts, to ensure payment reception.

The Finance Support Services is responsible for a wide range of financial activities. The team is charged with optimizing service quality and improving processes and policies. It handles resolution and enquiries related to our credit card program, expenses and supplier invoices payments and is also responsible for the system master data maintenance.

The General Accounting team is responsible for intercompany transactions, financial statements, payroll-accounting/processing, ledger and bank reconciliations, journals entries, long term contracts administration and much more.

Besides the regular reporting activities involving data gathering / analysis and reports delivery, the Reporting and Process Excellence team also develops an internal control framework which ensures visibility over the way processes are performed across the Centre.

Within this department, Process Optimization aims at improving our tools and processes, to adapt to new technologies, while Knowledge Management has at its core the development of our people.

The Local Finance team manages the finances of our entity and provides accounting and legal services. The team is responsible for recording accounts, paying bills, billing clients, tracking assets, managing payroll and keeping track of critical tax documents.

The Consolidation team is involved in the intercompany confirmation process including administration, dealing with all entities from our Group, monitoring completion of tasks, intercompany reconciliations and providing metrics.
