The Accounts Payable & Procurement Team is structured into five teams: Procurement, three sub-teams assigned for the AP processes and the Payment team.




The Procurement Team is responsible for creating purchase requisitions and orders in Oracle, manages PO invoices and prepares periodic reports, whilst the Accounts Payable Team which is divided into 3 sub teams is responsible for invoice processing and quality assurance, ensuring all data is correct prior to payment. Finally, the Payment Team is responsible with the full payment cycle for all entities in scope.

The Billing Team issues and prepares customer invoices as well as things like issuing monthly costs statements to the project managers.

The team is also responsible for the unbilled cost analysis and revenue cycle, through monitoring the billing conditions, ensuring accurate revenue generation and a well-timed billing cycle.

The Accounts Receivable Team is responsible for tracking and processing incoming payments. They also investigate, validate and analyze client accounts, to ensure payment reception.

The Business Process Management team is responsible for a wide range of financial activities. The team is charged with optimizing service quality and improving processes and policies.
