Overview
Join an iconic project shaping the future of Montréal.
AtkinsRéalis, in collaboration with its partners, is proud to deliver the extension of Montréal's #BlueLine metro, a major project estimated at over $7.6 billion. This strategic extension will add five new stations east of Saint-Michel — Pie-IX, Viau, Lacordaire, Langelier, and Anjou (terminus) — along a 5.8 km tunnel, significantly improving urban mobility for thousands of citizens.
The project also includes the construction of two metropolitan bus terminals, a park-and-ride facility, a pedestrian tunnel connected to the future SRB Pie-IX, and several essential operational infrastructures (Metro train garage, service center for station maintenance, auxiliary structures, district substation).
Your role
Provide administrative support to the Quality Director;
Coordinate meetings and prepare various presentations;
Draft meeting minutes and maintain the decision log;
Ensure administrative follow-up, including managing non-conformities across the project;
Monitor budgets and mandates;
Participate in updating processes and the Quality Control Management Plan, including the organizational chart;
Maintain proper organization of shared team files and contribute to continuous improvement;
Update the resource plan, submit mobilization requests, and follow up on the process;

About you
Holds a College or University education in administration
Has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in administrative coordination (integration of special clauses, administrative and contractual issues, etc.) within construction projects related to infrastructure (architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, automation, etc.) and specialized industrial equipment (e.g., track, motorized installations, TCPE, etc.)
Has at least five (5) years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator for large-scale construction projects ($50M and above)
Proficiency to communicate in French (oral and written)
Proficiency in computer tools such as MS Office
