Overview

We are seeking a Landscape BIM Specialist to support digital design and delivery for landscape, public realm, and urban infrastructure projects. The role focuses on producing accurate Revit and Civil 3D landscape models, preparing BIM deliverables, and supporting coordination across disciplines.

You will create and maintain landscape BIM content—including planting data, hardscape components, materials, and parametric elements—while ensuring models meet project and industry standards. The role involves supporting digital workflows using tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo, InfraWorks, or Rhino, and contributing to automation, coordination, and visualization processes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–10 years of experience, strong Revit and Civil 3D skills, and an interest in improving digital landscape workflows through smart modelling and innovative technology.

Your role

  • Good proficiency with CAD/BIM software tools.
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary and multi-regional project to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standards including GDF & ISO 19650.
  • Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to work using engineers' calculations and design in producing drawings/ 3D modelling. Capable of preparing complex drawings/models.
  • Work independently and take proactive initiative, learn on the job with minimum supervision.
  • Developing skills to check the work of others within limited areas of work.
  • Able to apply tools, element library and other digital applications to improve efficiency.
  • Good knowledge of standard codes and EDMS (Electronic Data Management System)
  • Awareness of BMS/QSE procedures.
  • Able to produce effort (time) estimates for specific BIM related tasks within own discipline under guidance
  • Has worked on projects/tasks and starting to work with minimum supervision in some areas of their discipline.

About you

  • Graduate Engineers (bachelor's degree) freshers, or Diploma in Engineering with up to 5 years of relevant experience or ITI with up to 10 years of relevant experience in the BIM domain or duly qualified having exceptional work experience track record
  • Has increasing awareness of local tools. technologies and systems.
  • Is starting to work towards appropriate professional registration or qualifications
  • e.g. Eng. Tech
  • Behavioural competency
  • Good command over oral and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand and follow instructions, however starting to take on individual responsibilities.
  • Issuing clear and precise instructions to less experienced team members
  • Seek out advice and counsel from senior engineers
  • Willing to offer help and advice for less experienced colleagues
  • Responsible for completion of specifically assigned task to time and cost.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in time keeping ability to plan, prioritise and execute tasks.
  • Demonstrates competency in completing a variety of a typical assignments, as needed.
  • Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
  • Maintains enthusiasm and commitment to deliver results in the face of difficulties.
  • Demonstrates service-oriented mindset, establishes and maintains effective relationships across businesses.
  • Makes a positive contribution to the team and supporting the team in their day-to-day work.
  • Asses the value of information and data considering the source before applying it to a decision.
