Construction Manager Raliway Systems

Overview

The Construction Manager – Railway Systems will manage site delivery activities associated with signalling, telecoms, communications, power, and integrated railway systems installations.

Your role

  • Manage railway systems construction activities across multiple work fronts.

  • Coordinate contractor installation works, site access, logistics, and interface management.

  • Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and productivity performance.

  • Review method statements, work packages, and construction sequencing plans.

  • Support testing and commissioning preparation activities for systems installations.

  • Coordinate construction interfaces with civil, track, rolling stock, and operational teams.

  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and construction procedures.

  • Support issue resolution, progress reporting, and stakeholder coordination activities.

About you

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Systems, or Railway Engineering.

  • Minimum 15 years' railway systems construction experience.

  • Experience with signalling, telecoms, communications, and systems installation.

  • Strong site management and contractor coordination capability.

  • Familiarity with testing and commissioning processes.

  • Experience on live operational railway environments preferred.

  • Strong safety leadership and reporting capability.

  • Knowledge of Saudi construction practices and regulations preferred.
