Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Gerente de Proyectos Ambientales para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis y formar parte de nuestra División de Medio Ambiente.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar la gestión'integral de proyectos ambientales, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, plazo, costo, calidad y objetivos comerciales.
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de desarrollo de los proyectos, garantizando una gestión'eficiente de los recursos y el cumplimiento de compromisos contractuales.
- Administrar contratos, gestionar cambios de alcance y supervisar el cumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales.
- Gestionar presupuestos, rentabilidad y desempeño financiero de los proyectos.
- Liderar la relación comercial y ejecutiva con clientes, promoviendo altos estándares de servicio y satisfacción.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y consultores externos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos.
- Gestionar la asignación de recursos y personal de acuerdo con las necesidades del proyecto.
- Identificar, evaluar y gestionar riesgos técnicos, comerciales y contractuales, implementando acciones de mitigación cuando corresponda.
- Supervisar el desempeño general de los proyectos mediante el seguimiento de cronogramas, indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y compromisos contractuales.
- Liderar la gobernanza y reportabilidad del proyecto, asegurando una comunicación'efectiva con clientes y partes interesadas.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, ampliaciones de alcance y nuevos negocios con clientes existentes.
- Garantizar la entrega exitosa de los proyectos y el cumplimiento de las expectativas del cliente.
- Realizar cualquier otra actividad afín'a la posición.
Requisitos
- Profesional titulado(a) en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Minas, Biología, Geografía o carreras afines.
- Experiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos ambientales.
- Experiencia administrando alcance, plazo, costo, riesgos y contratos de proyectos multidisciplinarios.
- Sólida experiencia en relacionamiento con clientes y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Conocimiento de procesos de evaluación'ambiental, permisos y cumplimiento normativo.
- Experiencia en control financiero de proyectos, gestión de cambios y administración contractual.
- Inglés'avanzado.
- Certificación PMP.
