Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Gerente de Proyectos - Ingeniería para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis y formar parte de nuestra División de Minería y Metalurgia.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar la gestión'integral de proyectos de ingeniería, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, plazo, costo, calidad y objetivos comerciales.
- Dirigir el desarrollo de estudios de ingeniería y consultoría para proyectos mineros y metalúrgicos en distintas etapas de madurez.
- Gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios de ingeniería, promoviendo la coordinación'efectiva entre las distintas disciplinas involucradas.
- Supervisar la planificación, ejecución'y control de estudios tales como PEA (Preliminary Economic Assessment), Conceptual Studies (CS), Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS), Feasibility Studies (FS), NI 43-101 y Bankable Estimates (BE).
- Gestionar la relación con clientes, asegurando altos estándares de servicio y satisfacción.
- Administrar contratos, cambios de alcance y riesgos asociados a los proyectos.
- Monitorear el desempeño financiero de los proyectos, incluyendo presupuestos, rentabilidad y productividad.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento con clientes existentes y potenciales.
- Liderar reuniones de seguimiento y revisión con clientes y partes interesadas clave.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos, de calidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad de AtkinsRéalis.
- Brindar mentoría y soporte al equipo de proyectos, promoviendo el desarrollo de talento y liderazgo.
- Realizar cualquier otra actividad afín'a la posición.
Requisitos
- Profesional titulado(a) en Ingeniería de Minas, Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 15 años en gestión de proyectos de ingeniería para los sectores de minería y metalurgia.
- Experiencia comprobada liderando estudios PEA, CS, PFS, FS, NI 43-101, BE u otros estudios de ingeniería y evaluación de proyectos mineros.
- Sólida experiencia en gestión de alcance, cronograma, costos, riesgos y contratos.
- Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y relacionándose con clientes de alto nivel.
- Conocimiento de estándares y mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos.
- Inglés'avanzado indispensable.
- Certificación Project Management Professional (PMP).
