About you
- Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract MEP cost management services.
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical component parts of a project and overall construction costs.
- Must have Mixed-use development and Infrastructure experiences.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised University.
- Min 3 to 7 years' experience in the Middle East.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
