Responsabilidades
- Liderar técnicamente estudios ambientales y procesos de obtención de permisos ambientales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y requerimientos regulatorios.
- Definir metodologías, enfoques técnicos y criterios de desarrollo para la ejecución de proyectos ambientales.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de especialistas, promoviendo una adecuada integración técnica entre disciplinas.
- Supervisar campañas de campo, controlando la calidad y consistencia de la información recopilada.
- Revisar y aprobar entregables técnicos, garantizando su calidad, consistencia y cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente y las autoridades competentes.
- Gestionar la elaboración de respuestas técnicas a observaciones y requerimientos de entidades regulatorias.
- Participar en reuniones técnicas con clientes, brindando asesoría especializada y representando a la compañía en aspectos técnicos del proyecto.
- Identificar riesgos técnicos asociados a los proyectos y proponer medidas de mitigación'oportunas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental aplicable y de los estándares de calidad internos de AtkinsRéalis.
- Monitorear la productividad y el desempeño de la disciplina, realizando seguimiento al uso eficiente de horas y recursos asignados.
- Brindar mentoría, orientación'y soporte técnico a los miembros del equipo, contribuyendo a su desarrollo profesional.
- Realizar cualquier otra actividad afín'a la posición.
Requisitos
- Profesional titulado(a) en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Minas, Biología, Geografía o carreras afines.
- Experiencia comprobada liderando técnicamente estudios ambientales y proyectos de permisos ambientales.
- Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios en el desarrollo de proyectos ambientales.
- Conocimiento sólido de la normativa ambiental aplicable, procesos de evaluación'ambiental y gestión de permisos.
- Experiencia en revisión'y aseguramiento de calidad de entregables técnicos.
- Capacidad para identificar riesgos técnicos y gestionar soluciones efectivas.
- Experiencia en relacionamiento técnico con clientes y entidades regulatorias.
- Inglés'intermedio o avanzado.
- Deseable experiencia en minería.
- Deseable certificación'o especialización'en gestión de proyectos ambientales.
