Overview
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the marketing communications elements of market positioning, driving market growth and win work. You will be part of our global network of communication and marketing experts. You will work in a transformative, collaborative and energetic environment supporting your peers in delivering integrated marketing and communications plans aligned to UKI regional business objectives.
Your role
- Support the UKI region and associated markets to develop content / marketing assets which drives brand positioning, business goals and market growth.
- Collaborate and proactively input into identified regional strategies and campaigns.
- Align all marketing communications deliverables to overarching UKI regional plans, ensuring all campaigns are targeted to specific markets and audiences.
- Plan, coordinate and execute innovative approaches to promoting AtkinsRéalis, through various mediums including targeted marketing communications campaigns, digital marketing, bid positioning, collateral development and events.
- Work with colleagues to produce films, brochures, social media assets, exhibition materials and other content.
- Support, facilitate, and promote thought leadership activities
- Coordinate conferences, speaking slots and tradeshows, podcasts and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with diverse technical teams and business units to identify upcoming content needs and advise on publication of content and distribution channels.
- Work collaboratively and seamlessly as part of a global team of internal and external communicators, marketeers and digital communications experts, working on both regional and market specific projects where required.
- Develop and share content globally utilising a range of channels, targeted to specific audiences maximising reach and engagement.
- Write case studies/proof points for our digital channels and Marketing Communications campaigns together with market/service aligned award submissions.
- Proactively engage with internal stakeholders updating on project progress.
- Align to global messaging and approach to Marketing Communications, platforms and systems, best practice and content guidelines.
- Record, measure and evaluate all deliverables and celebrate success.

- Experience in the professional services/design and engineering/construction industry is preferred.
