AtkinsRéalis is proud to announce its participation in the Alto high-speed rail project linking Québec City to Toronto, as an experienced partner within the Cadence consortium.

Your Role

  • Design and support the design of building mechanical systems (plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, controls) in compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards, within a strong and skilled project team and an effective technological environment.

  • Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reports, while providing technical support to project managers and design teams.

  • Perform design-related calculations and cost estimates for construction work.

  • Carry out coordination and site follow-up, including monitoring construction activities and resolving technical issues.

  • Coordinate the work of the multidisciplinary building mechanical and electrical design team to ensure compliance with client requirements, project schedules, and budgets.

  • Coordinate all project activities (technical, contractual, and financial) and ensure communication with the client, in collaboration with project directors.

  • Assess risks and propose optimal strategies to ensure project success.

About You

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).

  • Has at least 5 years of relevant experience in building Mechanical engineering within a consulting engineering firm.

  • Has relevant experience in project coordination.

  • Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit.
