Building the infrastructure to power the world - we are Linxon! (youtube.com)

How will you make your impact?

As a QHSE Site Coordinator at Linxon you will drive day‑to‑day QHSE coordination at site—planning and executing ISO‑aligned quality checks, leading safety briefings and site walks, and monitoring environmental controls—to keep construction activities compliant, safe, and on spec. By embedding QHSE requirements with supervisors and subcontractors, rapidly closing NCRs, and supporting incident investigations and lessons learned, you will reduce rework and schedule risk, improve workforce safety behaviors, and minimize environmental impacts. Your proactive oversight of permits, inspections, and documentation will keep projects audit‑ready and client‑confident, resulting in fewer quality defects, lower TRIR and recordable incidents, faster corrective action cycle times, and steadier progress toward milestone delivery across our renewable energy EPC portfólio.

What will you do?

  • Conducted daily inspections of material deliveries, equipment installation, and site works to verify specification compliance

  • Identified, reported, and tracked non‑conformances, supporting corrective and preventive actions

  • Supported ISO 45001 HSE management system implementation, reinforcing a strong site safety culture

  • Delivered site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings to promote safe work practices

  • Performed daily site safety walks and monitored activities, reducing incident risk and unsafe behaviors

  • Assisted with incident reporting and investigations, ensuring corrective actions were implemented

  • Supported ISO 14001 environmental compliance to minimize construction-related environmental impact

  • Monitored environmental controls, waste segregation, spill prevention, and mitigation measures

  • Coordinated with construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams to embed QHSE requirements

  • Conducted routine site inspections and supported internal HSE audits to maintain compliance

  • Ensured subcontractor adherence to QHSE plans, procedures, and permit-to-work systems

  • Maintained accurate QHSE records, inspection reports, and logs for audit readiness

  • Supported client visits, audits, and regulatory inspections with complete documentation

  • Tracked QHSE KPIs and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned

Who you are?

  • You will have 3–5 years of QHSE experience within construction, EPC, or renewable energy projects

  • You will hold NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or an equivalent QHSE certification

  • You will have a solid understanding of site construction activities and renewable energy projects

  • You will be familiar with local HSE regulations and basic EPC project processes

  • You will ideally have experience working on renewable energy or infrastructure construction sites

  • You will be able to conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting

  • You will have basic proficiency with QHSE reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications

  • You will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with site teams

  • You will ideally hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field

We are proud to announce that LinxonAmericas has been certified as a Great Place to Work® reflecting our commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive environment that fuels innovation and teamwork.
