As a Senior Consultant Project Manager in our Secure Government division, you'll be a leader in our Transformation Solutions Practice. Your role will be primarily client-facing, identifying, shaping and managing better delivery capabilities. You'll lead Agile delivery teams providing support to a team of Project Managers. And you'll be supporting our clients to maximise the benefit of digital transformation and enable innovative ways of working.
Your role
- Lead a set of complex digital projects or programmes to successful delivery.
- Act as "trusted advisor" to our clients.
- Provide strategic direction across client and internal teams.
- Offer delivery expertise and set behavioural leadership standards.
- Shape delivery strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
- Manage senior‑level stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous or evolving delivery environments.
- Ensure robust governance and commercial performance.
- Support clients in achieving long‑term transformation benefits.
- Develop capability by coaching others and setting delivery standards.

About you
- Significant demonstrable experience leading complex digital projects or programmes in evolving and secure environments.
- Expertise shaping delivery strategies and ensuring effective governance.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex dynamics.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary and agile delivery teams, setting direction and pace.
- Strong commercial awareness, managing budgets, contracts and supplier performance.
- Experience improving delivery capability and contributing to practice development.
- Ability to manage significant risks, ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, presenting confidently to senior audiences.
- Track record of delivering digital transformation and change outcomes.
