A career with us means playing a key role in delivering some of the UK's most complex and ambitious infrastructure programmes—from shaping the future of Britain's transport through High Speed 2 and the East Coast Digital Programme, to enhancing international connectivity at Heathrow, supporting the transition to sustainable energy, and enabling safe, reliable journeys for National Highways and local authorities. You'll use your technical and consulting skills to share knowledge, apply expertise and deliver outstanding services, working closely with clients and supply chain partners to solve complex, fast‑moving challenges. All of this is done with the passion, collaboration and enjoyment that define our AtkinsRéalis culture.

  • You will build trusted relationships with our Critical National Infrastructure clients, using your curiosity and growth mindset to understand their challenges and deliver meaningful, long‑term value.
  • You'll draw on your procurement and commercial expertise to deliver end‑to‑end solutions—supporting everything from early strategy and market engagement through to procurement delivery and effective supplier management.
  • You will champion value creation across the supply chain ecosystem, using your commercial acumen and problem‑solving mindset to help clients achieve smarter, more sustainable outcomes.
  • You bring a warm, collaborative approach, with strong interpersonal skills and emerging leadership qualities that help you thrive in client‑facing environments and make a positive contribution to a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
