Overview
Join our Project & Programme Management (PPM) Infrastructure team in Dublin and work on some of Ireland's most prestigious construction projects across rail, highways, utilities, energy, and aviation.
We seek an ambitious Senior Scheduler with proven infrastructure experience to support business growth and deliver excellence. This role involves managing delivery, winning new work, and maintaining high technical standards while fostering collaboration and aligning with AtkinsRéalis digital vision. You'll work closely with strategic partners, clients, and internal teams to drive success.
Your role
- Reporting to the PPM Regional Directors as part of the Scheduling & Planning team.
- Grow the existing team and build long-term, sustainable relationships with complex infrastructure clients.
- Deliver an exceptional schedule management service for multiple stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for strategic recruitment and associated investments aligned with the PPM Infrastructure business strategy.
- Ensure appropriate engagement with the wider AtkinsRéalis business, as determined by the strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and technical matters relevant to your work and regional regulations.
- Participate in relevant internal/external training initiatives.
- Manage client relationships and service delivery.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- Relevant years of experience with Primavera P6.
- Experience with large capital construction projects.
- Familiarity with various contract delivery methods, including design-bid-build, design/build, and CMGC.
- Ability to understand float and tie scope.
- Preferred experience with heavy civil projects, including highways, transit, airports, utilities, and/or water infrastructure.
- Highly articulate with a clear and analytical approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using Information Technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in Primavera scheduling products (P6) and Microsoft Project report preparation.
- Competent in Microsoft Project schedule products.
