Join us within our Transformation, Delivery and Consulting practice where we work with our clients to solve some of the most complex challenges facing organisations today. You will be supporting real clients facing real challenges and provide strategic thinking and innovative solutions from concept through to delivery. Our clients include central government, defence, aviation, energy and infrastructure. Your Role

Change and Stakeholder Engagement

You will drive transformative change initiatives with confidence and clarity, leveraging outstanding communication and interpersonal strengths. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and gauge organisational readiness. Inspire progress by leading dynamic workshops and impactful training sessions. Demonstrate expertise in stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication strategies, crafting tailored change management strategies and approaches that foster collaboration and turn change resistance into commitment.

Client Engagement & Advisory

You will work with clients to deliver consultancy that sets and realises strategies for change, against their most complex problem sets. Understand their needs and challenges, provide actionable recommendations and cultivate relationships and influence key stakeholders.

Project Delivery

You will be given significant responsibility for client-facing work from day one. All our consultants have regular interactions with clients, lead work-streams or projects, and support senior colleagues in delivering specific project outputs.

Analysis & Insights

You will leverage adept reasoning skills to inform decision-making. Gather and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities and develop reports and presentations for clients that inform decision-making.

Improvements

You will deliver solutions to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience, by optimising clients' resources, processes and assets. Support clients and teams with change management initiatives.

About you

  • Relevant experience within a management consultancy or comparable environments such as professional services or government involving delivery of transformative projects or advisory work.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Having or willing to work towards the MCA's Management Consultant Chartership (ChMC).
  • Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in one or more of the following:
    • Change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Business cases using Green Book principles and the five-case model.
    • Operating model design and implementation.
    • Delivery of transformative change projects.
    • Developing and communicating solutions to complex strategic problems.
  • A passion for developing technically, professionally and behaviourally. A collaborative team-player who delivers great results and operates to high behavioural standards and business ethics.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to flex your style to suit different stakeholders and is confident and self-assured in putting forward your views and able to hold your own with senior stakeholders.
  • An ability to deal with competing tasks and operate successfully even when under pressure.
  • The ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showcasing innovation, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Adaptable to work across a range of diverse markets and client environments, with the ability to be UK mobile, including travel to and work from AtkinsRéalis offices and client sites to build strong, lasting relationships.
