Senior Stakeholder Interface Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and culturally attuned Senior Stakeholder Interface Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, securing permits, and ensuring seamless coordination with authorities and the community. This role is integral to the success of the project and requires a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and cultural context.

Your role

  • Lead and manage all stakeholder engagement activities, including coordination with government authorities, community representatives, and other key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for permit acquisition, access approvals, and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between the project team and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder issues and concerns to avoid project delays.
  • Support the Package Team in aligning project activities with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, commitments, and approvals.
  • Represent the project in public forums, community meetings, and authority briefings as needed.

About you

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of the policies and procedure in Abu Dhabi.
  • Experience in residential, hospitality or mixed use projects.
  • Bachelors in Engineering or related field.

Preferred Attributes

  • Deep understanding of local customs, governance structures, and community dynamics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
