Overview

Creative Design is more than your typical in-house creative team. Driven by creativity and innovation, we aim to see the world differently. We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 80 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects. People join our in-house agency to work on an exhilarating scope of projects, while having a positive impact on the world.

We are looking for someone to spearhead with passion, ideas and critical thinking, supporting the team to deliver fresh work on exciting, cross-disciplinary projects. You'll be surrounded by creatives as talented as you, all with a real hunger for design and technology. The environment is fast-paced, open and progressive, offering exposure to global projects from print and events to web, virtual reality, 3D, and motion.

As a natural initiative taker, your role will be to bring out the best in the team and focus on the strategy. They'll look to your strong creative vision and talent for communicating clearly and persuasively to clients. We welcome your experience directing and bringing ingenious outcomes across the creative disciplines—and your stand-out portfolio of great conceptual work displaying an authentic passion for design.

Your Role

  • Lead and oversee the creative development and execution of multi-channel projects from concept through to final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal Creative to align work with the broader creative vision and strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Present creative concepts and executions to internal stakeholders and confidently communicate design rationale.
  • Creatively lead project teams' approach and direction.
  • Support the management of design resources across technical projects to promote best design practices.
  • Communicate with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support.
  • Review scoping documents to ensure clients receive great value and high-quality design and creative work.
  • Select and challenge project teams, ensuring projects are design-led.
  • Be hands-on with mixed discipline projects and able to jump in to give creative guidance and support when needed.
  • Regularly communicate with Company Directors and Technical Leads to inform business decisions.
  • Helping develop future work pipelines through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximising potential.
