Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Officer to carry out full-time site supervision, inspect and ensure that the works comply with the drawings, specifications, and established working procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full time site supervision, to inspect and check the compliance of the works with drawings and specifications, and working procedures are followed properly;
- Perform statutory roles for ensuring the construction works to be carried out in compliance with current legislation and approved plans and designs;
- Perform statutory supervisory roles from the commencement to the obtaining of certification on completion of construction works;
- Carry out site safety supervision in order to fulfill all the statutory requirements and clients' safety policy and procedure;
- Ensure the works are compliance with designed drawings and Works Specification of the Works.
Requirements
- Holder of Higher Diploma, Higher Certificate or above in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent discipline;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trenchless or underground excavation works;
- Able to work independently and meet project deadline;
- Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated.
