You take full ownership of installation activities from preparation through handover, ensuring engineering intent and OEM requirements are translated into correctly installed assets on the ground. Your impact is reflected in right‑first‑time installation, disciplined workmanship, complete and accurate documentation, and smooth transition from installation to testing and commissioning in full compliance with approved drawings, applicable codes, OEM manuals, and the Linxon Quality Management System.

What will you do?

  • Translate approved drawings, construction plans, OEM manuals, and method statements into clear, actionable daily installation instructions

  • Enforce correct installation practices including alignment, leveling, torqueing, clearances, fastening, and interface requirements

  • Coordinate contractor manpower, tools, lifting equipment, and installation resources to support planned execution

  • Verify installation readiness by ensuring foundations are accepted, embeds and anchor points are verified, and interfaces are complete before work begins

  • Manage daily interfaces between mechanical, electrical, civil, OEM, and commissioning activities

  • Perform continuous inspections during installation to ensure compliance and prevent defects or damage

  • Prepare, complete, and maintain all required quality and installation documentation, including installation checklists, ITP records, torque logs, alignment records, inspection forms, and daily reports

  • Identify installation deviations immediately, enforce corrective actions, and prevent recurrence

  • Train and coach contractor personnel on OEM installation requirements, correct mechanical and electrical practices, and Linxon quality and documentation standards

  • Ensure contractors follow warranty‑critical installation requirements without deviation

  • Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, revisions, applicable mechanical and electrical codes, OEM acceptance criteria, and Linxon standards

  • Support pre‑commissioning, testing, and handover readiness by confirming installation completeness and documentation accuracy

  • Coordinate daily with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and Quality teams and provide clear progress, quality, and constraint reporting

  • Support internal and external audits and monthly quality inspections

Who you are?

  • You are an experienced Mechanical & Electrical / E&I / Equipment Site Supervisor with proven experience on EPC or industrial projects

  • You are execution‑driven and hands‑on, with strong control of on‑site installation activities

  • You are knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical installation standards, codes, and best practices

  • You are experienced in OEM‑driven equipment installation and warranty‑critical requirements

  • You are skilled in installation quality control, inspections, and technical documentation

  • You are confident directing contractors and enforcing correct installation methods and discipline
