Our Building Structures Division is currently seeking an experienced Structural Technician driven by a taste for challenge to join our team based in Montréal. You'll be part of one of the largest offices in the province, working on a diverse portfolio of projects in healthcare, institutional, industrial, and public infrastructure sectors.
Within the structural team, you'll have the chance to showcase your expertise through innovative projects while mentoring junior team members. You'll also benefit from the support of seasoned colleagues to foster your professional development and enhance your skills.
Your role
Participate in the design and production of structural plans in reinforced concrete, steel, or wood, in collaboration with engineers.
Coordinate drawings with other disciplines (architecture, mechanical, electrical).
Perform full 3D modeling and plan production using Revit.
Integrate digital surveys (point clouds) into existing building projects.
Contribute to quantity take-offs from 3D models for cost estimation.
Opportunity to participate in site supervision based on your interests.
Conduct 3D clash detection between different design models.
Ensure full BIM process integration and modeling via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

About you
College diploma (DEC) in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or a vocational diploma (DEP) in building drafting.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting engineering or architectural firms.
Proficiency in Revit software.
Relevant experience in structural drafting (concrete, steel, wood) or architectural drafting.
Strong teamwork skills.
Keen interest in 3D technologies and BIM processes.
Ability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written)*.
