Overview
The Structures and Infrastructure Assistant plans and monitors facility construction, conducts inspections and surveys, manages contracts and progress meetings, and coordinates with contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of infrastructure projects.
Your role
- Complete detailed planning of facilities with Contractor and building management.
- Coordinate database updates of facility information.
- Monitor progress and quality of circuit construction-barrier installation, race kerbing, line marking and fencing installation.
- Undertake inspections of Temporary miscellaneous Building Structures, Platform Structures and ad-hoc Construction scopes.
- Undertake as-built checks and prepare mark-ups of as-built drawings.
- Undertake pre and post-condition surveys and report write up.
- Redevelop and monitor budget tracking schedules.
- Monitor Contractors Daily Progress.
- Assist to Coordinate Contractor Progress Meetings.
- Manage contracts, keeping records of the minutes of meeting and assist with the final account closures.
- Ability to read and interpret basic civil drawings.
- Ability to communicate with Contractors on site.

About you
- Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or another Asian language would be a bonus but not a requirement.
