Services Framework Agreement with The Red Sea Development Company
The AtkinsRéalis is delighted to have been awarded Call Off Orders, under the existing Construction Supervision Services Framework Agreement with The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC). Our team of experienced professionals will be responsible for providing a range of services, such as project management, design, and engineering services.
Kicking off the Project Immediately
The project to deliver both Programs kicked off immediately after the award, on August 1, 2022, and should complete in 21 months. Our team is committed to delivering the project on time and to a high quality standard.
The Programs
- PROGRAM 04 – Golf Estate. Program 04 occupies a land area of 390,000 m2, contains a built-up area of 27,547m2.
- PROGRAM 09 – Public Realm. Program 09 comprises the Public Realm outside the assets plot boundaries (resort hotels being developed on the island) together with centralized amenities buildings serving all of the assets, on a plot area of circa 100,000m2.
Randal Kliskey, Site Operations Director, commented: "The award of these two new programs is a fantastic testament to the sterling work being done by the project teams on the other four programs, which we have been working on since June 2020. The support that our team, provides to our key Client, TRSDC, has provided us with an enviable reputation that gives the Client confidence to award us more programs. I am grateful to the team for their continuing efforts and hard work to keep TRSDC happy while ensuring that technical and quality standards are maintained!"
