Guru's Journey of Imagination and Animation

In November 2022, Guru embarked on an exciting new chapter of his career, joining AtkinsRéalis as a motion specialist animator. Armed with a BSC in animation and five years of experience in a startup, Guru's path led him towards a realm where imagination takes shape and becomes reality. Animation had always captivated him, and now, at AtkinsRéalis India, he had the opportunity to explore his passion to the fullest.

Guru's approach to his work at AtkinsRéalis revolves around understanding the end deliverable and immersing himself in the client's perspective. By stepping into their shoes, he weaves his creative magic, painstakingly transforming their ideas into visually stunning animations. Maintaining seamless client communication is crucial, and AtkinsRéalis' formalised approach to client engagement facilitates this process. 

Guru ensures that he grasps the client's needs, initiates and manages the necessary workflow, and continuously improves the deliverable through regular feedback loops. Collaboration and idea sharing across the team enable him to apply diverse skills and insights to various projects.
