My two-Year journey at AtkinsRéalis: From recruitment operations to advisor

Celebrating Two Years of Growth and a New Role at AtkinsRéalis

At AtkinsRéalis, we value people who take charge of their development and consistently deliver results.

Moneesh joined the GTC India team to support recruitment operations—but quickly stood out for his structured thinking, steady performance, and drive to grow. Over two years, he has progressed into a strategic recruitment role, supporting high-impact business functions and delivering at scale. This is his story—in his own words.

Learning the ground realities

When I started at AtkinsRéalis, I was handling recruitment operations across multiple business units.

The environment was fast-moving, and expectations were clear—accuracy, efficiency, and results. That first year taught me a lot about time management, structured execution, and staying calm under pressure. It wasn't always straightforward, but staying consistent helped me build trust and deliver outcomes even during peak loads.

Expanding my role

In my second year, I began managing more complex assignments. I was given the space to step up, and I took it seriously. With each new task, I started looking at how I could bring more clarity, improve the process, and take ownership of outcomes.

It wasn't about rushing into a new title, it was about delivering with more depth and aligning closely with business expectations.

A new role, a renewed purpose

Before completing two years, I was promoted to Recruitment Advisor. Now, I lead end-to-end hiring for key functions like Structures, Architectures and Shared Services.

This role demands more than coordination, it requires strategic thinking, partnership with business leaders, and the ability to act fast and accurately. I see this not just as a step up, but as a new benchmark for the quality I want to bring to every assignment.

Working in a system that works

My growth here didn't happen in isolation. The work culture at AtkinsRéalis is built around performance, but it also allows you to learn, improve, and be supported when it counts. Whether it's leadership backing, team collaboration, or access to the right tools—everything is aligned to help you deliver well.

Looking ahead

This is a milestone, but not the end goal. I'm focused on sharpening my skills further, taking on higher complexity in hiring, and continuing to contribute to business-critical talent needs.

In my view, progress is about showing up consistently, solving problems efficiently, and building value that lasts. That's the mindset I carry into every day.
