What is the AtkinsRéalis Graduate Development Program?

Emerge follows the 70:20:10 development model, where employees obtain 70% of their learning from on-the-job experiences and challenging assignments, 20% from interactions with others, and 10% from formal training.

How does it work?

Formal training:

Picture a structured curriculum that ignites your potential. Our Emerge participants embark on a transformative learning journey consisting of virtual, interactive instructor-led webinars and self-directed Soft Skills training. 

Over the course of 18 months, you'll dedicate 13 to 15 hours to this enriching experience, from induction to graduation. It's a commitment to your personal and professional growth that will set the stage for your success.

Mentoring:

In your quest to greatness, you won't be alone. Our mentoring program, seamlessly integrated into Workday, will help pair you with seasoned professionals who are eager to share their wisdom and guide your development. 

Your manager will be your ally in this transformative process, helping you navigate the path to excellence.

Graduate community:

You're not just joining a program; you're becoming part of a vibrant community. Emerge fosters networking, collaboration, and peer support opportunities that extend beyond office boundaries. 

As a participant, you'll automatically gain access to the Emerging Professionals Network (EPN), where you'll connect with like-minded peers and forge relationships that will define your professional journey.
