Our projects

Our team enjoy working on a wide portfolio of projects, from major national infrastructure projects to small-scale creative residential developments. Our key sectors cover Infrastructure, Residential, Education, Rail and Defence, where we’re proud to have made a real difference to real people’s lives across the country through our own brand of creative problem-solving.

Many of our projects involve working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with colleagues from across the business, encouraging a collaborative and creative working atmosphere. This also offers development opportunities to build key project and design management skills, leading and developing teams of keen minds.

Meet the Building Structures team

We are a team of 300 structural engineers, designers and problem solvers, based in six different offices across the UK and the globe. Our team includes early-career apprentices, new university graduates, experienced senior engineers and specialist subject matter experts. Our broad range of backgrounds, talents and interests makes for a hugely dynamic and engaging group – forming great friendships in the office and out.

We take great pride in nurturing an inquisitive, creative and supportive culture, learning from each other every day to better us and those around us – colleagues, clients, and everyone in between.
