We are growing our team in Epsom and are looking for Senior Civil and Structural Engineers to support major new nuclear build programmes, including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, Small Modular Reactor (SMR) initiatives, and future fusion technologies. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes while developing your technical and leadership capabilities in a supportive environment.
Your role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Apply your experience across civil and structural design and analysis, including steelwork and reinforced concrete structures.
- Bring your background from design consultancy, project engineering, or research and development into a variety of complex project environments.
- Lead, undertake, and review the design of new structures, taking ownership and accountability for delivery.
- Coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and high-quality engineering solutions.
- Apply your experience within regulated environments (such as nuclear, power, or rail) to ensure safe and compliant outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions aligned to time, cost, and quality expectations.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting bid and tender development.
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Work flexibly across office and client environments (minimum 3 days per week), gaining exposure to diverse and impactful programmes.
