After Hurricanes Maria and Fiona exposed critical vulnerabilities in the grid, this program is focused on building power line and substation infrastructure that holds up under pressure- for the 3.4 million people who depend on it. We’ve worked in Puerto Rico since 1993, and 99% of our local team are from the island.

We hold a multi-year Master Service Agreement with Avangrid Networks for Project Management Office and Owner’s Engineering services across four utilities: Rochester Gas and Electric, New York State Electric and Gas Company, Central Maine Power, and United Illuminated. In Cartersville, Georgia, AtkinsRéalis delivered the tech stack for Hanwha Qcells’ $2.5 billion solar manufacturing expansion- the digital infrastructure that keeps a major industrial program on track.
